Tuition for Take Action Lab is $21,000 USD.

01 TUITION

What's included

Curriculum & Cultural Activities

You’ll be getting the most of your time abroad. TAL’s research-backed curriculum makes sure you’re exposed to new ideas, perspectives, and experiences throughout the program – this isn’t just a one-off field trip.

Apprenticeship Matching & Support

Get hands-on experience at a meaningful apprenticeship. We personally match each student to an interest-aligned organization and trained supervisor.

Room & Board

Experience shared-living with several other Tilters in fully furnished shared housing with your own private room. Wifi, electricity, and cleaning fees are all covered.

Stipend for Basic Living Expenses

Get ready for some real-world adulting. You’ll receive a pre-loaded debit card with enough to cover the basics – groceries, commuting, cell phone data, and other essentials. We’ll provide information and tools to help you budget wisely.

Local Support Team

Relax, our local team of trained youth development professionals are always available to support you whenever you need it.

Airport Transfers on Arrival and Departure

Your arrival will be met with an embarrassingly enthusiastic airport welcome from our team. We’ve got all the transportation to and from the airport taken care of.

Just a heads up… flights, a passport, vaccines, and any other expenses before your arrival abroad are not included. To make everything as clear as possible, you can download a detailed breakdown of expenses.

02 FINANCIAL AID

Support is available

Applying for Financial Aid

You’ll be able to apply for financial aid during Step 2 of the admissions process.

Equity is core to our mission. We strive to meet the financial needs of as many students as we can.

Our approach for determining financial aid is both need-aware and demographically-aware. We recognize that students from the Global South and those identifying as BIPOC are disproportionately affected by income inequality. Financial aid is just one way we can move closer to an equitable future.
